POSTAGE COSTS:
All orders are posted through Australia Post using Parcel Post Pre-Paid satchels .
For small orders of up to 3 sets of Breast pads , Single Inserts or wet bags most times we can send as a large letter for $3 we will email you after checkout to see if you would prefer this over the normal satchel.
Postage for up to 4 nappies in a 500 gram Parcel Post satchel for $7.50
Up to 8 nappies in a 3kg Satchel for $12.50
Up to 18 nappies into a 5 kg Satchel $15.50
Any amount of nappies over this will be sent Registered mail at cost.
Occasionally the cart may overcharge postage in this case you will be refunded asap.
If you would like Express Post please write a note at checkout that you would like express post and we will invoice you for the extra postage .

Returns :
If the product you receive fails to meet the description on our product page or is different in any way to the product you ordered or you find it to be defective, please send us an email with a description of the problem and we will replace or refund your purchase depending on the situation.
Returned nappies due to change of mind must be returned in unused and unwashed condition.
Refunds will only be given of the order total minus the postage , Return postage is to be at the cost to the buyer.
All our nappies have a 6 mth Warrenty on Elastic and workmanship provided they have been cared for as per our instructions.
Note ~! Using Nappy San or bleach and excessive dryer use will void the warranty.
