Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING TIME: We will strive to have all orders sent out ASAP, but there may occasionally be unforeseen problems which could cause delays. In cases such as these you will be notified immediately of any delay that is expected to be longer than stated on the product description. You will have the option of waiting for available stock, changing or cancelling your order.
All orders are posted through Australia Post. If you would like to take postage insurance please let us know when you place your order.We have done our best to make the automatic postage charges in our store as accurate as possible. However we will try to get your order to you in the cheapest possible way and should the postage total equal less than you were charged, we will refund you the difference.
If the product you receive fails to meet the description on our product page or is different in any way to the product you ordered or you find it to be defective, please send us an email with a description of the problem and we will replace or refund your purchase depending on the situation.
**Please note that Cuddles n Cloth will not refund or replace soiled nappies or products that have been damaged after they have been shipped from us.
